Thomas Aquinas College Founding President Dr. Ronald McArthur often tells of an exchange he once had with a student many years ago when the student wanted to know who might have the answer to a very difficult philosophical question. 鈥淲ell, you would go ask your bishop for the answer,鈥 he replied.

鈥淲hat if he doesn鈥檛 know?鈥

鈥淭hen you would ask the Pope.鈥
